Little Mermaid Cake 2

I really enjoyed making this cake! I had to make Ariel a few times (mermaids are hard!!!) Finally, on the last attempt, my 5 year old said, "Mom, it's good enough <pause> but she looks a little freaky." There you have it :)

Cinderella Cake

Cinderella cake topper was purchased (not edible), All other details are made of Fondant

This was such a fun cake to make for a precious little princess. My only problem was not having enough room to cram it full of all the Cinderella details I remember from the movie: horses, carriage, those cute mice & birds... Oh well!

What a fun cake to make for a little horse lover! A cake theme I easily could have gotten carried away with... and I probably did!

I was so excited for the opportunity to make a Spongebob cake! Maybe because he's so iconic, I don't know why. But this cake was a blast!

Iron Man Cake

I tried to combine comic book elements with the awesome strength of Iron Man bursting through the cake. This was one of my harder cakes for me to envision, but once I made Iron Man the cake took on a life of its own - it was so much fun!!
