Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Ganache filling, Vanilla Bean Buttercream, Fondant monkey faces & detailingI had the opportunity to try a new recipe with this cake ~ The vanilla bean buttercream was delicious & unique ~ I think it would work best as a filling or for cupcakes (hard to spread smooth) ~ but it was great to try something new!
